Play Responsibly, Enjoy Every Moment
3333b believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is experienced in a controlled and mindful way. We are committed to protecting the mental and financial wellbeing of every player.
Why Is Responsible Gambling Important?
Online gaming and betting is an exciting form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, staying aware and respecting boundaries is essential. At 3333b, we want you to enjoy every moment — but never in a way that negatively affects your personal life, family, or financial situation.
Responsible gaming means playing with full awareness — setting a budget, tracking your time, and taking a break when needed. This is not a sign of weakness; it is the mark of a mature and smart player.
3333b provides a range of tools on its platform to help you monitor and manage your gaming habits. From setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion — every feature is within your reach.
Gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. Placing more bets to recover lost money is never a solution. If you feel you are losing control, seek help now.
3333b's Safety Tools
Set deposit limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately, and if you want to increase it, you will need to wait through a notice period.
Session Time-Out
Temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in, but your account will be automatically reactivated once the time-out period ends.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. With this option your account will remain inactive for 6 months or more. You will not receive any promotional emails during this period.
Betting History Review
From your 3333b account dashboard, you can view your complete betting history, deposit records, and withdrawal records at any time. This is a practical way to understand your own spending patterns.
24/7 Support
For any concern or issue, our support team is available around the clock. Contact us in Bengali via live chat or email at [email protected] — we will assist you with full confidentiality.
Minor Protection
3333b is for ages 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration. If children are present in your home, you are advised to enable parental controls on your device.
Recognise the Warning Signs
Gambling problems do not always appear suddenly — they develop gradually. Be alert if you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone close to you:
- Repeatedly playing to try to recover lost money
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not placing bets
- Neglecting other responsibilities (work, family)
- Taking loans or borrowing money to cover expenses
- Spending more than your set budget
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to
Ask Yourself
Did you go over your betting budget last month? Did you prioritise gaming over spending time with family? If the answer is yes, that is an important signal.
Remember, asking for help is an act of courage. 3333b's support team can guide you in the right direction with complete confidentiality. Contact us via live chat or email — [email protected].

- Refrain from placing bets after consuming alcohol
- Keep in mind the possibility of losing, not just winning

- Gaming is for entertainment only — do not treat it as a way to earn income
21+ Age Verification & Child Safety
The minimum age to open an account on 3333b is 21 years. This is not just a policy — it is our firm commitment. Completing the age verification process at the time of registration is mandatory.
If we confirm that a user is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
Advice for Parents
If children also use your device, use parental control software to restrict access to gaming apps and websites. Always keep your login details secure and do not save passwords in your browser.
